Antwort: Gepriesen sei Allah. Die Frage hat mit al-luqtah zu tun, welche eine der Kategorien der islamischen Rechtswissenschaft, im Fiqh ist. Al-luqtah ist Eigentum, welches von seinem Besitzer verloren gegangen ist. Unsere reine Religion lehrt uns, daß Eigentum beschützt und bewahrt werden muß und daß das Eigentum der Muslime heilig ist und beschützt werden muß. Dies beinhaltet al-luqtah oder verlorenes Eigentum. Wenn Eigentum von seinem Besitzer verloren gegangen ist, muß es unter eine der drei Kategorien fallen: Erste Kategorie: Es ist etwas, dem die meisten Leute keinen großen Wert beimessen, wie eine Peitsche, ein Leib Brot oder Obst oder ein Stock. In diesen Fällen darf der Finder die Sache behalten, es benutzen und braucht es nicht bekanntzugeben, wegen dem Bericht, welcher von Jaabir überliefert wurde: „Der Gesandte Allahs machte Ausnahmen im Falle eines Stockes, einer Peitsche oder eines Seiles, welches jemand gefunden hat." (Abu Dawud) Zweite Kategorie: Tiere, welche sich selber verteidigen können, weil sie entweder so groß sind wie Kamele, Pferde, Maultiere, etc. Oder weil sie fliegen können wie Vögel oder Gazellen, welche sehr schnell sind oder Leoparden, welche sich selber verteidigen können. Diese sind haram zu behalten. Sie darf man nicht nach einem Jahr des Bekanntgebens behalten, weil der Prophet sagte: „---------- Und Umar sagte: „Wer immer ein verlorenes Tier an sich nimmt, ist fehlgeleitet", d.h. er ist ein Sünder … Dritte Kategorie: Jede andere Fundsache wie Geld, Gepäck und kleine Tiere, welche sich selbst nicht schützen können … (Bezüglich dieser Tiere gibt es detaillierte Regeln, die uns aber jetzt nicht interessieren) Alles an wertvollen Fundsachen muß als Treuhandgut aufgehoben werden und während eines Jahre bekanntgegeben werden an Plätzen wo sich die Menschen gewöhnlich versammeln.
