Wenn wir in der heutigen Zeit einen Muslim boykottieren bzw. den Kontakt zu ihm abbrechen, weil er einige Fehler hat, so spaltet dies die Ummah nur noch mehr als sie sowieso schon ist. Dieses Mittel der Erziehung ist nur vorgeschrieben, wenn die Mehrheit der Muslime aufrecht sind und man einen fehlerhaften Muslim durch dieses Boykottieren begradigen möchte.

`Abdullah Ibn `Umar, Allahs Wohlgefallen auf beiden, berichtete:
Der Gesandte Allahs, Allahs Segen und Heil auf ihm, sagte: O ihr Frauen!
Gebt Almosen und bittet Allah häufig um Verzeihung! Denn ich habe gesehen,
dass ihr die Mehrzahl der Höllenbewohner seid. Da fragte eine unter den
Frauen, die sich durch Vernunft und Frömmigkeit auszeichnete: Wie kommt
es, Gesandter Allahs, dass wir die Mehrzahl der Höllenbewohner sind? Er
antwortete: Ihr flucht häufig und seid oft undankbar gegenüber euren
Ehemännern. Auch sah ich nie jemanden mit wenigerem Verstand und
geringerer Religiosität, der gar einen einsichtigen Mann betören kann, als
euch. Die Frau fragte dann: O Gesandter Allahs! Was ist denn mit wenigem
Verstand und geringer Religiosität gemeint? Er erwiderte: Mit dem
mangelnden Verstand ist gemeint, dass der Zeugenaussage einer Frau nur
das halbe Gewicht derselben eines Mannes zukommt. Und die mangelnde
Religiosität heißt, dass die Frau Nächte lang ohne zu beten bleibt und das
Fasten im Ramadan bricht.

"Some people leave off du'a thinking that their requests will never be fulfilled, or thinking that their affliction or hardship will not be removed. But who still keeps supplicating? The one who thinks well of Allah. What does that mean? It's not what may be initially understood which is that Allah is Merciful and that's it. This isn't enough. Thinking well of Allah is to first know that Allah is able to do all things, and then to know that Allah is the Most Merciful. The key to thinking well of Allah is to know that nothing on earth or in the heavens can stop Allah from doing what He wishes."

Wer von euch sich von seinem Glauben abwendet, (der soll wissen,) dass Allah (an seiner statt) ein Volk hervorbringen wird, das Er liebt und das Ihn liebt, das sanftmütig gegen die Gläubigen und machtvoll gegenüber den Ungläubigen ist. Sie setzen sich mit aller Kraft ein auf dem Pfad Allahs, und sie fürchten nicht den Vorwurf des Tadelnden, das ist die Huld Allahs. Er lässt sie zuteil werden wem Er will. Und Allah ist allumfassend, wissend."
