Die schlimmstmögliche Sünde ist ja der Shirk - irgendetwas oder irgendjemanden neben Allāh zu dienen, auch wenn der Verehrende beabsichtigt, näher zu Gott zu kommen, indem er andere Geschöpfe verehrt. Der Sich-allein-Genügende Gott braucht keine Vermittler oder Medien. Er - subhana wa ta'ala - hört all unsere Gebete und weiß über alles, was geschieht vollkommen bescheid. Andererseits jedoch, braucht Allāh - subhana wa ta'ala - unsere Verehrung nicht, doch Er - subhana wa ta'ala - sagt, dass dies Ihn zufrieden stellt. Er ist absolut unabhängig von allen Dingen.
