    Trotz amerikanischer Luftschläge rücken die Kämpfer des Islamischen Staats weiter vor. Sie treiben einen Keil zwischen die Hauptstadt #Bagdad und #kurdische Gebiete. Dort kämpfen #Peschmerga-Milizen und sitzen weiter Tausende Flüchtlinge fest.

    Islamische Staat haben die irakische Stadt #Jalawla aus der Hand von kurdischen Peschmerga-Kämpfern erobert. Kämpfer der Gruppe Islamischer Staat (IS) hätten die volle Kontrolle über Jalawla etwa 130 Kilometer nordöstlich von Bagdad übernommen, sagte ein ranghoher Polizeivertreter. Zuvor hätten sie sich zwei Tage lang Gefechte mit den Peschmerga geliefert.
