    Frage:

    Wo sollte der Diener während des Gebets hinschauen?
    Antwort:

    Die Gelehrten sind sich uneinig darüber, wohin man während des Stehens im Gebet schauen sollte.
    Es ist in der Madhhab (Rechtsschule) von Imam Malik bekannt, dass der Betende vor sich schaut. Die Meinung von Imam Ahmad ist, dass er zur Stelle der Niederwerfung schaut, dies ist auch die Meinung von Imam Asch-Schafi und Abu Hanifa (rahimahumullah). Ihr Beweis ist die Überlieferung (, welche unterbrochen ist) von Muhammad ibn Sirin, der berichtete, dass der Prophet (sallAllahu alayhi wa sallam) „es pflegte, seinen Kopf zu senken und auf die Stelle der Niederwerfung zu schauen", weil jenes wirksamer ist, in der Entstehung von Khuschu' (Demut).
    Einige Gelehrte haben gesagt: „Wahrlich, der Imam und der allein Betende schauen auf die Stelle der Niederwerfung. Was den Ma'muum (Person, die im Gebet geleitet wird) betrifft, so schaut er zum Imam und der Beweis dafür ist der Hadith in Al-Bukhari, indem berichtet wird, dass als der Prophet, 'alaihi as salat wa salam, As-Salat ul-Khusuf (das Mondfinsternis Gebet) verrichtete, seinen Gefährten berichtete, dass ihm Jannah und das Höllenfeuer gezeigt wurde, dann sagte er zu ihnen: „Das war (dann), als ihr mich vor- und zurückbewegen gesehen habt." Dies ist ein Beweis dafür, dass sie (die Sahaba) zu ihm (dem Propheten, 'alahi as salat wa salam, während des Gebetes) schauten.
    Und von den Beweisen ist der Hadith, indem überliefert wird, dass als die Minbar (Kanzel) des Propheten ('alaihi as salat wa salam) gebaut wurde, er sich (zum Gebet) auf sie stellte und sich auf ihr vorbeugte, und als er sich niederwerfen wollte, ging er runter, warf sich auf dem Boden nieder und sagte: „Wahrlich, ich habe dies nur vorgeführt, sodass ihr mir folgen könnt und mein Gebet lernt".

    Dies ist ein Beweis dafür, dass sie ihn ansahen; und es wurde ebenfalls von den Sahaba erwähnt, dass der Gesandte (sallAllahu alayhi wa sallam) es pflegte, während des Nichthörbaren Gebetes zu rezitieren. Als man sie (die Sahaba) darauf ansprach, woher sie das wüssten, so sagten sie: „Aufgrund der Bewegung seines Bartes". All dies ist in Sahih Al-Bukhari verzeichnet.
    So ist dies ein Beweis, dass der Ma'muum zum Imam schaut, um ihm besser zu folgen und aufgrund der Tatsache, dass der Imam vergesslicher Weise aufstehen oder sich hinsetzten könnte; so schaut der Ma'mum auf den Imam. Es ist besser für ihn, dem Imam zu folgen.
    Was den Imam und die allein betende Person angeht, so schauen sie auf die Stelle der Niederwerfung.
    Diese Meinung ist die, welcher am nächsten an der Wahrheit (in dieser Angelegenheit) ist, insbesondere dann, wenn der Ma'mum es nötig hat (den Imam anzuschauen), z.B. wenn er nicht in der Lage ist (den Imam) zu hören, dann schaut er zum Imam und folgt ihm dementsprechend.
    Die Ausnahme jedoch ist, wenn er in der sitzenden Position ist, weil er auf seinen Zeigefinger schauen sollte, gemäß der Überlieferung von Abdullah ibn Zubair, dass der Prophet ('alayhi as salatu wa salam) niemals seine Blicke von seinem Zeigefinger abwendete.

    Des Weiteren gibt es eine Ausnahme, wenn er in Masjid Al-Haram betet und es möglich ist, die Ka'bah anzuschauen, dann sollte er zur Ka'bah schauen.

    Und (eine Ausnahme besteht) ebenfalls, bei As-Salat ul-Khawf (dem Gebet der Furcht/Gefahr), während der Feind um ihn herum ist, (in diesem Szenario) schaut er in die Richtung des Feindes.
    Was jedoch die Meinung über das Anschauen der Ka'bah angeht, so ist die richtige Meinung in Bezug auf den Betenden, sie nicht anzuschauen, da es keine Beweise dafür gibt. Ebenso kann dies zu einer möglichen Ablenkung führen, besonders wenn Leute den Tawaaf (Umrundung um die Ka'bah) vollziehen.

    WRITE UP FROM TODAY'S DEMONSTRATION AT BEIT FURIK CHECKPOINT:Today, 80 Palestinians from Nablus and the surrounding villages crammed into 2 buses and went to join with Balata refugee camp and march against the military checkpoint situated between the camp and the villages of Beit Furik and Beit Dajan. This checkpoint not only restricts the freedom of movement of those travelling between the camp and the villages but it also facilitates the settler-only road which runs adjacent and between the illegal settlements Itamar and Elon Moreh. This demonstration was called in solidarity with Gaza and to say "No more settlements. No more siege. No more occupation. The refugees are coming home." (Solidarity Movement for Free Palestine).At Balata, the shebab (youth) of Nablus and Balata joined forces and began to march whilst chanting and singing in solidarity with Gaza and against the occupation of Palestine. Upon arriving at the checkpoint it was clear that the soldiers were hugely outnumbered and, after the shebab claimed the higher ground to the south-east of the military checkpoint, the occupation soldiers and their jeeps were rained on by stones from all sides.Perhaps fearing what damage a stone might do to a reinforced military vehicle, or more likely feeling disappointed that their bloodlust had not been satisfied in Gaza, the occupation soldiers chose to instantly start using live ammunition and steel rubber-coated bullets. At approximately 2pm, Amad Khatatbeh (20 year old - pictured below) was carried into a Red Crescent ambulance and rushed to Rafidia hospital in Nablus after being shot in the face with a steel bullet. Later on in the day, as we arrived at the hospital, we found out that he had in fact been shot in the eye and had to have it removed along with the bullet. This set the tone for the next few hours, during which the army attempted to advance into the refugee camp, only to be met by volley after volley of stones, before shooting live ammunition back. What they weren't expecting was that a second march was on its way - coming from the Beit Furik side of the checkpoint, behind them. Unfortunately for the shebab from Beit Furik, the wind was blowing south and so the army kept a consistent fire of tear gas to prevent them from getting close. At around 4pm military reinforcements arrived, 3 more jeeps along with a skunk truck (like a water cannon but filled with the foulest-smelling chemical solution you can imagine). Luckily for the shebab of Balata and Nablus the tables now turned and the wind was on our side - and even with the pressure-powered gun firing the skunk water - the majority of the spray was carried back onto the soldiers to the sound of cheers and laughs from Palestinians. Again though, the occupation soldiers decided to direct their frustration at their own incompetence by returning to the use of live ammunition.After 3 hours of clashes the army returned to their jeeps, closely followed by the protesters who refused to let them leave without a final shower of rocks. The army abandoned the checkpoint and drove straight towards Elon Moreh until they were out of sight carrying the smell of skunk with them as they left. A total of 15 Palestinians were shot during the day, with many needing urgent medical attention at the hospital. These included Muraad Mahmoud Ibrihimi (20) who was shot in the leg with live ammunition, Bassem Marshoud (26) who was shot in his side with live ammunition and a Red Crescent worker Ahmad Saleh (22) who was shot a total of 4 times with steel rubber-coated bullets whilst trying to reach the injured (all 3 pictured below).Despite the army's disproportionate response to today's demonstration, the links made between the shebab of Nablus, Balata and the surrounding villages were solidified today. As the shebab passed one another in the hospital, having travelled there to hug, sit and exchange stories from the day with their injured friends, there was already talk of when they will meet again.

    My friend Nader Idrees (40 years )was killed yesterday in Hebron by an Israeli sniper . He was participating in all peaceful protests in Hebron , he was asking me a lot of questions about politics , he was standing near me all the time during the stones clashes , I never saw him throwing stones , yesterday he was shot on his chest when he was observing . Israeli soldiers must be accountable soon or later for their crimes .We will say to him good to see you soon today after noon praying .
