    ذل وهوان فقر وضياع مصائب تحل فوق رؤوسهم وهم الى الان لا يستطيعون ان يزيلوا رجس الكافر على ارضهم وبلادهم واقصاهم (المسجد الاقصى)

    Der Islamische Rechtsspruch bezüglich dem Aufhängen von Bildern zu Hause und an der Kleidung

    Werden (die übernommenen) Bilder nicht an Gebetsorten und auch nicht an prominenten Orten angebracht, wie z. B. auf Fußbodenteppichen, die man betritt, auf Bettwäsche, Matratzen etc., die man zum Schlafen und Liegen benützt, oder an Kissen, auf die man sich stützt, oder auch Zeichnungen an Böden, die betreten werden, und Ähnliches, so gilt all dies als erlaubt (Mubah).

    Belege dafür sind u. a. die folgenden:

    Der bei Muslim überlieferte Hadith von Abu Talha, in dem es heißt: „Ich hörte den Gesandten Allahs(s)sagen:

    «لا تدخل الملائكة بيتاً فيه كلب ولا صورة»

    "Die Engel betreten kein Haus, in dem sich ein Hund oder ein Bild befindet." In einer weiteren Überlieferung bei Muslim fügt der Prophet(s)hinzu:

    «إلا رقماً في ثوب»

    „Es sei denn, eine Zeichnung auf einem Gewand." Dies belegt, dass ein auf ein Gewand gezeichnetes Bild davon ausgenommen ist. Somit bedeutet der Hadith im Sinngehalt (Mafhum), dass die Engel ein Haus betreten, in dem sich eine Zeichnung auf einem Gewand befindet.

    Dies bedeutet also, dass das ebene Bild, d. h. die „Zeichung auf einem Gewand", zulässig ist, weil die Engel ein Haus, in dem sich ein ebenes Bild befindet, betreten. Es existieren jedoch weitere Hadithe, die die Art dieser Zulässigkeit näher darlegen:

    Der bei Al-Buchariy tradierte Hadith von Aischa (r), in dem sie sagt:

    «دَخَلَ عَلَيَّ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَفِي الْبَيْتِ قِرَامٌ فِيهِ صُوَرٌ فَتَلَوَّنَ وَجْهُهُ ثُمَّ تَنَاوَلَ السِّتْرَ فَهَتَكَهُ»

    „Der Prophet (s) trat zu mir ein, als sich ein Tuchgewand im Hause befand, auf dem Bilder abgebildet waren. Da verfärbte sich das Gesicht des Propheten (s), er nahm das Tuch in die Hand und zerriss es." Das Tuchgewand war als Vorhang am Hauseingang angebracht. Das Verfärben des Antlitz des Propheten (s) und das Zerreißen des Vorhangs ist als Unterlassungsaufforderung zu verstehen, den Vorhang an der Tür anzubringen, wenn sich Bilder darauf befinden. Verknüpft man nun diesen Hadith mit der Zulässigkeit, dass Engel ein Haus betreten, in dem sich Bilder (Zeichungen auf einem Gewand) befinden, so belegt dies, dass die Unterlassungsaufforderung nicht apodiktisch ergangen ist und es sich somit um eine unerwünschte Tat handelt. Da sich die Bilder auf einem Vorhang befanden, der an der Tür - also an einem prominenten Ort - angebracht war, leitet man daraus ab, dass das Anbringen von Bildern an prominenten Orten unerwünscht (Makruh) ist.

    Der bei Ahmad tradierte Hadith von Abu Huraira in dem Gabriel, Friede sei mit ihm, dem Gesandten Allahs (s) sagt:

    «وَمُرْ بِالسِّتْرِ يُقْطَعْ فَيُجْعَلَ مِنْهُ وِسَادَتَانِ تُوطَآَنِ»

    „Und befehle, dass der Vorhang zerrissen wird und man zwei Kissen, auf die man sich stützt, daraus macht." Gabriel befahl also dem Propheten (s), den Vorhang vom prominenten Ort, an dem er angebracht war, zu entfernen und daraus zwei Stützkissen zu machen. Dies bedeutet, dass die Verwendung von Bildern, die von anderen gezeichnet wurden, an nicht prominenten Orten erlaubt ist.
