    Umgang mit Sorgen und Stress Teil 1

    Einleitung
    Der Lob gebührt Allah, dem Herrn der Welten, dem Allerbarmer, dem Allbarmherzigen, dem Herrn des Jüngsten Tages. Ich bezeuge hiermit, dass es keinen Gott außer Ihm gibt, dem Herrn der früheren und späteren Generationen und dem Erhalter der Himmel und der Erde. Friede und Segen seien auf denjenigen, der als Barmherzigkeit für die Weltenbewohner gesandt wurde. Ich bezeuge hiermit, dass er der Gesandte Allahs – Allahs Segen und Frieden seien auf ihm – ist. Friede und Segen seien auf ihm, auf seiner ganzen Familie und seinen Gefährten und über denen, die an seiner Rechtleitung glauben und bis zum Jüngsten Tag in seinen Fußstapfen treten.

    Es ist ganz natürlich im Leben, dass die Menschen durch Sorgen und Stress leiden werden. Denn diese Welt ist ein Ort der Krankheit, Härte und Leiden. Demgemäß ist unter den Dingen, in der sich das Paradies und diese Welt unterscheiden, der Fakt, dass dort kein Sorgen oder Leiden sein wird: „Darin widerfährt ihnen weder Mühsal, noch werden sie daraus vertrieben." [al-Hidjr 15:48]
    Nichts wird die Einwohner des Paradieses traurig machen; nicht mal das geringfügigste Wort: „Weder laghw (schmutziges, falsches, schlechtes und sinnloses Gerede) werden sie darin hören, noch irgendeine sündhafte Rede (z.B. Geläster, etc.), sondern nur den Ausspruch: „Frieden! Frieden! (Friedensgruß)." [al-Waaqi'ah 56:25-26]

    Es gehört ebenso zum Leben, dass Menschen Leiden und Härte aus bestimmten Gründen hinnehmen müssen, wie es im Quran angedeutet wird: „Wir haben den Menschen ja (zu einem Leben) in Mühsal erschaffen." [al-Balad 90:4]. Demnach bereuen Menschen für das, was in der Vergangenheit geschehen ist, sind verängstigt, was in der Zukunft geschehen wird und besorgt, was in der Gegenwart ist.

    Die Dinge, die durch unseren Kopf gehen und uns Verzweiflung fühlen lässt, sind Dinge in der Vergangenheit, welche Trauer verursacht haben, Dinge in der Zukunft, um die wir uns sorgen und Dinge in der Gegenwart, die uns betreffen.

    Menschen reagieren verschieden auf Stress und Sorgen, je nachdem, wie viele Dinge sie gerade betreffen, ob die Sorge kontinuierlich ist oder nicht und ob sie Glauben in ihren Herzen haben oder aufsässiges und sündhaftes. Wir schildern nun zwei Arten der Herzen der Menschen: Entweder ist das Herz der Thron Allahs, erfüllt mit Licht, Leben, Glückseligkeit, Genuss und all die Kostbarkeiten der Güte oder es ist Satans Thron, worin Elend, Finsternis, Tod, Trauer, Sorge und Angst ist.
    Die Sorgen und Anliegen der Menschen unterscheiden sich ebenso hinsichtlich der Differenz in ihren Motivationen, Umständen und individuellen Verantwortungsbereichen.

    Eine Art der Sorge oder Besorgnis ist, was als lohnenswerte Sorgen beschrieben wird, welche gute Zeichen sind, wie die Sorge der Gelehrten, um schwierige Fragen zu lösen, auf die die Muslime eine Antwort brauchen – speziell wenn die Angelegenheit sehr ernst ist und sich keine Lösung ergeben hat. Ein weiteres Beispiel ist die Besorgnis des muslimischen Anführers über die Probleme des Volkes unter seiner Obhut. Das ist, worum sich die beiden `Umars (`Umar ibn al-Khattaab und 'Umar ibn `Abd al-`Aziz) und andere Anführern bekümmert und besorgt haben. `Umar ibn al-Khattaab überlegte für gewöhnlich, während des Gebets, wie er seine Armee vorzubereiten hat und er war dafür entschuldigt;*[1] Er sorgte sich ebenso für die Tiere, die im Lande `Iraaq stolperten. `Umar ibn `Abd al-`Aziz drückte sein Leiden wie folgt aus: „Ich halte mich mit etwas auf, worin mir niemand helfen könnte, außer Allah. Die Älteren haben das Ende ihres Lebens damit (in dieser Situation) erreicht, die Jugend ist damit aufgewachsen; die Ausländer haben Arabisch gelernt und die Beduinen sind unter diesen Umständen in den Städten gewandert. [Es ist so tief verwurzelt], dass sie denken, dies wäre Religion und sie können die Wahrheit nirgendwo anders sehen, außer in diesem." Als das Kalifat an ihn übergeben wurde und die Leute ihm die Bay'ah (Treueschwur) gaben, kam er nach Hause und fühlte sich besorgt und gestresst. Sein freigelassener Sklave fragte ihn: „Warum sehe ich dich so besorgt und gestresst? Das ist nicht, wie man in einem Anlass wie diesem sein sollte." Er sagte: „Wehe dir! Wie kann ich nicht besorgt sein, wenn niemand im Osten oder Westen der Ummah ist, der nicht seine Rechte von mir verlangt oder um Hilfe bittet, um einige Anliegen mit einer anderen Person abzuklären, ob er seine Bitte niederschreibt oder nicht, ob er mich direkt fragt oder nicht?"

    Je mehr eine Entscheidung mit dem Schicksal der Muslime zu tun hat, umso größer werden die Besorgnis und der Stress beteiligt sein. Folglich als `Abd al-Rahman ibn `Awf mit der Aufgabe anvertraut wurde, den nächsten Kalifen für die Muslime zu wählen, nach dem Tod von `Umar, schlief er in dieser Zeit nicht, denn er war so beschäftigt damit die Muslime zu beraten, selbst die alten Frauen.

    Andere Arten der lobenswerten Besorgnis beinhalten: Die Besorgnis des Dai'yah, der strebt den Islam zu verbreiten und die Botschaft zu übermitteln, andere zum Weg der Rechtleitung zu leiten; die Besorgnis des Anbeters um sicherzustellen, dass sein Gottesdienst in der Absicht und Praxis korrekt ausgeführt wird; und die Besorgnis des Muslims für das Leiden seines Bruders im Glauben, überall auf der Welt…

    Arten von Besorgnisse, die wahrscheinlich durch das Begehen einer Sünde entstehen, beinhalten: Das Leid zu ertragen, nachdem zu Unrecht Blut vergossen wurde; oder die Besorgnis einer Frau, die schwanger ist, aufgrund durch Unzucht oder Ehebruch.

    Arten von Bedrängnis resultierend von ungerechter Behandlung durch andere, beinhaltet das Leiden, weil die eigenen Verwandten einen schlecht behandelt haben, wie der Dichter sagte: „Das unrechte Leiden durch diejenigen, die eng verwandt sind, ist schmerzvoller als einen starken Schwertstreich (Hieb mit dem Schwert) zu ertragen."

    Kummer erleiden durch die Katastrophen, die auf dieser Welt geschehen, beinhalten: Chronische oder ernsthafte Krankheiten, Ungehorsam der Kinder gegenüber den Eltern, Feindseligkeit auf Seiten jemandes Ehefrau oder schlechte Behandlung auf Seiten jemandes Ehemannes.

    Einige Arten der Besorgnis durch Ängste, was in der Zukunft liegen könnte, wie z.B., dass ein Vater sich Sorgen macht, was mit seinen Kindern geschieht, wenn er stirbt, besonders, wenn sie schwach sind und er ihnen nichts hinterlassen kann.

    Das sind nur einige Beispiele von den verschiedenen Arten von Stress und Sorge.

    Einige fragen sich weshalb gerade diese 5 Projekte von uns geleitet und unterstützt werden, hier die Antwort:

    1. Projekt Zukunft: (Aufruf zu guten Taten)

    Der Prophet (s.a.) sagte sinngemäß: "Wer zu einer guten Tat aufruft, erhält dieselbe Belohnung wie der Wohltäter!" (Muslim)

    Also jede Spende die wir durch diese Investitionen akquirieren geht auch auf dein Konto!

    2. Projekt Bildung: (Islamische Bildung und Dawa)

    Der Prophet (s.a.) sagte: ""Bei Allah, wenn Allah durch dich auch nur einen einzigen Mann auf den rechten Weg führt, so ist das besser für dich als der Besitz von roten Kamelen!" (Buchari)

    Abgesehen davon das die Dawa und das Streben nach Wissen eine Pflicht ist die wir mit diesem Programm erfüllen in sha Allah ist es eine gewaltige Belohnung, denn jeder der durch einen unserer Qurane zum Islam zurück kehrt, den Islam annimmt, dessen Lohn bekommen wir mit. Das bedeutet jedes Gebet, jeden Tasbih, das Wissen das er weiter gibt an seine Familie usw. usw. - Außerdem bewahren wir jemanden mit Allahs Erlaubnis vor dem Höllenfeuer.

    3. Projekt Nothilfe: (Hilfe für in Not geratene Geschwister)

    Der Prophet (s.a.) sagte: "Der Muslim ist des Muslims Bruder. Ihn darf er weder unterdrücken noch zugrunde gehen lassen. Wer seinem Bruder in der Not beisteht, dem steht Allah in seiner eigenen Not bei. Und wer einem Muslim eine Sorge abnimmt, dem nimmt Allah eine Sorge von den Sorgen am Tage der Auferstehung ab!"

    Mit dieser Investition helfen wir uns selbst am Tage der Abrechnung und auch hier im Diesseits, denn es wird auch uns in unserer Not geholfen.

    4. Projekt Waisen: (Versorgung von Waisenkindern in Afrika)

    Der Prophet (s.a.) sagte: ""Ich und derjenige, der sich einer Waise annimmt, sind im Paradies so:" Daraufzeigte er seinen gespreizten Zeigefinger und Mittelfinger!" (Buchari)

    Es gibt eine gewaltige Belohnung für das Versorgen von Waisenkindern.

    5. Projekt Wasser: (Sadaqa Jeriya)

    Ein Hund umkreiste voller Durst den Rand eines Brunnens, als eine prostituierte vom Volke Israel das Tier sah, ihren Lederstrumpf in den Brunnen hinab ließ, etwas Wasser heraufzog und dem Hund zu trinken gab. Ihr wurde aufgrund dieser Tat vergeben.(Buchari)

    Wenn nur für diese Tat alle Sünden vergeben werden, was ist dann der Lohn für jemanden der einen Brunnen für sterbende Geschwister baut? Wenn das Wasser für Wudu und Ghusl benutzt wird, zum Bau von Häusern, zum Duschen, Kochen, Landwirtschaft...

    Jeden Schluck den einer aus diesem Brunnen nimmt, sind mind. 10 Hasanat. Und wenn Allah will das 700 Fache davon und noch viel mehr.

    Ist das einen Dauerauftrag wert?

    Einige fragen sich weshalb gerade diese 5 Projekte von uns geleitet und unterstützt werden, hier die Antwort:

    1. Projekt Zukunft: (Aufruf zu guten Taten)

    Der Prophet (s.a.) sagte sinngemäß: "Wer zu einer guten Tat aufruft, erhält dieselbe Belohnung wie der Wohltäter!" (Muslim)

    Also jede Spende die wir durch diese Investitionen akquirieren geht auch auf dein Konto!

    2. Projekt Bildung: (Islamische Bildung und Dawa)

    Der Prophet (s.a.) sagte: ""Bei Allah, wenn Allah durch dich auch nur einen einzigen Mann auf den rechten Weg führt, so ist das besser für dich als der Besitz von roten Kamelen!" (Buchari)

    Abgesehen davon das die Dawa und das Streben nach Wissen eine Pflicht ist die wir mit diesem Programm erfüllen in sha Allah ist es eine gewaltige Belohnung, denn jeder der durch einen unserer Qurane zum Islam zurück kehrt, den Islam annimmt, dessen Lohn bekommen wir mit. Das bedeutet jedes Gebet, jeden Tasbih, das Wissen das er weiter gibt an seine Familie usw. usw. - Außerdem bewahren wir jemanden mit Allahs Erlaubnis vor dem Höllenfeuer.

    3. Projekt Nothilfe: (Hilfe für in Not geratene Geschwister)

    Der Prophet (s.a.) sagte: "Der Muslim ist des Muslims Bruder. Ihn darf er weder unterdrücken noch zugrunde gehen lassen. Wer seinem Bruder in der Not beisteht, dem steht Allah in seiner eigenen Not bei. Und wer einem Muslim eine Sorge abnimmt, dem nimmt Allah eine Sorge von den Sorgen am Tage der Auferstehung ab!"

    Mit dieser Investition helfen wir uns selbst am Tage der Abrechnung und auch hier im Diesseits, denn es wird auch uns in unserer Not geholfen.

    4. Projekt Waisen: (Versorgung von Waisenkindern in Afrika)

    Der Prophet (s.a.) sagte: ""Ich und derjenige, der sich einer Waise annimmt, sind im Paradies so:" Daraufzeigte er seinen gespreizten Zeigefinger und Mittelfinger!" (Buchari)

    Es gibt eine gewaltige Belohnung für das Versorgen von Waisenkindern.

    5. Projekt Wasser: (Sadaqa Jeriya)

    Ein Hund umkreiste voller Durst den Rand eines Brunnens, als eine prostituierte vom Volke Israel das Tier sah, ihren Lederstrumpf in den Brunnen hinab ließ, etwas Wasser heraufzog und dem Hund zu trinken gab. Ihr wurde aufgrund dieser Tat vergeben.(Buchari)

    Wenn nur für diese Tat alle Sünden vergeben werden, was ist dann der Lohn für jemanden der einen Brunnen für sterbende Geschwister baut? Wenn das Wasser für Wudu und Ghusl benutzt wird, zum Bau von Häusern, zum Duschen, Kochen, Landwirtschaft...

    Jeden Schluck den einer aus diesem Brunnen nimmt, sind mind. 10 Hasanat. Und wenn Allah will das 700 Fache davon und noch viel mehr.

    Ist das einen Dauerauftrag wert?

    Es ist schon eine bittere Ironie, dass sich, während die USA noch die »Rebellen«, zu denen auch zahlreiche Al-Qaida-Rebellengruppen gehören, im benachbarten Syrien mit Waffen versorgen, diese Waffen und die ausgebildeten »Kämpfer« dann umgehend auf den Weg über die Grenze in den Irak machen und dort den Kampf, diesmal gegen die dortige von den USA unterstützte Regierung, wieder
