    Man-Made Judgments are Prone to Disparity

    News:

    On the 15th of February, 2014, Embu Governor Martin Nyaga Wambora was impeached for the second time by the members of the County Assembly MCA's. The impeachment was affirmed by the House of Senate which accused him for violating the public procurement, the public act, the public management act and the Constitution. After four days (i.e. 16th of April, 2014), the High Court positioned in Kerugoya reinstated him and declared his impeachment null and void. On May 2014, the Governor was impeached again only to be reinstated back to his position by the same judges using the same Constitution on 13th May 2014.

    Comment:

    This is not the first time for Kenya's court in giving out contradictory rulings. On the 26th of September 2013, Khatib Mwashetani, the member parliament for Lungalunga lost his seat after the High Court judge in Mombasa, Vincent Odunga, ruled that there were some irregularities in the election. On the 27th of November of the same year, the Court of Appeal judge Hannah Okwengu said while giving his verdict on the case that the appeal by Mr. Khatib Mwashetani should be allowed and the order of the judge's trial is to be set aside. ''This court declares the appellant as the duly elected member of parliament for Lunga Lunga''

    These and many more are clear proofs of the failure of the judicial system put in place by the people to judge between them. The Chief Justice of Kenya Dr. Willy Mutunga advised Kenyans to resort to witchcraft and elders to resolve their disputes. He said, "The judicial system is expensive and time consuming; it is better if people would prefer to seek verdicts from mosques, churches and elders".

    The ruling over Wamboras' case is one of the most fatal flaws of man-made lawsuits which vary over time and from one place to another. Different people reach to different decisions and conclusions about the same issue.

    Man-made laws, which compromise the creed of democracy, are the source of immorality, poverty, unemployment and insecurity in the entire world today. This is due to the human brain being influenced by its environment and thoughts thus influencing its verdicts. Through this, the rich people are able with their deep pockets to bribe the law-makers into passing a policy in their favor. Abraham Lincoln stated that democracy is no longer the rule of the people by the people for the people but the rule of the corporate, for the corporate and by the corporate. The corporate are able to maneuver within the laws and bend them to suit their needs.

    The only way to assimilate all the different cultures, races and tribes into one basket is by making the One who created all of them its Lawmaker. This was proven when the Khilafah, that ruled the world for more than thirteen centuries, made the whole world a safe place to live and enjoy. Its laws come from Allah سبحانه وتعالى, The Perfect One who created the sun which does not disobey its route or the ocean which does not break its banks and destroy the earth. Allah سبحانه وتعالى is The One who created the sky without pillars which has never fallen after millions of years since its creation.

    Währen Halesch-Führer über einen „Sieg" Baschar Assads spricht, fordert er gleichzeitig auf, dass die syrische Opposition mit Assad zu sprechen habe. Er selbst ist von diesem Sieg nicht überzeugt. Was er in seiner Rede gesagt hat, war nur seine Wünsche, die er zum Ausdruck brachte. Und er weiß auch, dass Baschar Assad nur noch an der Macht ist, weil dieser von Iranern und deren Verbündeten militärisch voll unterstütz wird.

    wieso schaltet ihr meinen Kommentar nicht frei? Ich habe diese Frage gestellt, um keine Zweifel an den eigenen Geschwistern aufgrund dieser Behauptung der Frau aufkommen zu lassen. Was bedeutet es also nun, dass angeblich junge Leute nach den Vorträgen verschwinden ?

    ‫الأسد يعدم ثوار حمص بإشراف أممي..!

    النظام ينكثُ وعودَه لثوار حمص ويُعدمُ عشرينَ شخصاً من أصل ِمئةٍ سلموا أنفسَهم في إطار اتفاقٍ على أعينِ الأمم المتحدة عُقدَ قبلَ الإتفاق ِالشهير بأيام..

    برنامج "تفاصيل" ومن على شاشة تلفزيون "أورينت" أكد من خلال الائتلافُ الوطني على قيام النظام بإعدام نحوِ عشرين مقاتلاً ممن غادرو أحياء حمص المحاصرة في شباط الماضي الى حي الخضر، وذلك بموجب اتفاق مع نظام الأسد تحت رعاية الأمم المتحدة، وينص على مع نظام الأسد على أن يطلق سراحهم حال تسليم أسلحتهم.

    "تفاصيل" أشار الى أن هؤلاء العشرين مقاتلاً تم إعدامهم ميدانياً من قبل الأفرع الأمنية والمليشيات التابعة لها، في حين نقل النظام أكثر من ثمانين آخرين ممن سلموا أنفسهم في ذات الاتفاق إلى فرع فلسطين التابع لشعبة المخابرات العامة في دمشق، ولايزال مصيرهم مجهول حتى اللحظة.

    وفي الوقت نفسه، أوضح "تفاصيل" ان الامم المتحدة أثبتت أنها غير قادرة على حماية الاتفاق الذي جرى تحت رعايتها بعد مفاوضات "جنيف2"، وخاصة بعد أن أكد ناشطون على قيام النظام بعدة عمليات إعدام طالت أكثر من خمسين مقاتلاً إلى جانب احتجاز مالايقل عن 300 شخص داخل مدرسة الأندلس وفي الافرع الأمنية سواء داخل المدينة أو بدمشق، وكل ذلك على مرأى من الأمم المتحدة.

    عبد الكريم الريحاوي رئيس الرابطة السورية للدفاع عن حقوق الانسان تحدث الى "تفاصيل" عن دور الامم المتحدة في جميع الاتفاقيات التي تتم تحت رعايتها قائلاً: أنها تتحمل كامل المسؤولية عن الذين تم إعدامهم في تلك الاتفاقيات، كما تتحمل أيضاً مسؤولية سلامة المعتقلين فيها.

    "الريحاوي" وصف نظام الأسد بأنه عبارة عن عصابة مجرمة، محمية دولياً بالفيتو ولا تلتزم بأي اتفاق أو عهد، في إشارة منه الى اتفاق يلدا بداية العام الحالي، والذي تم فيه اغتصاب 40 امرأة بشكل جماعي وأمام أزواجهن على الحواجز تحت حماية ميليشيات أبو الفضل العباس وأفراد من الفرقة الرابعة والحرس الجمهوري.

    وأشار الريحاوي الى ان الصفقات التي تبرم مع النظام من خلال وسيط ايراني تكون أقدر على الوفاء من تلك التي تتم عبر منظمات الأمم المتحدة، كصفقة الراهبات التي تمت بين جبهة النصرة والنظام، وحتى لو أن النظام لم يكمل الجزء الخاص به من الاتفاق لليوم، الأمر الذي يؤكد على ان السلطة الحقيقية بيد ايران وليست بيد النظام السوري.

    وفي ذات السياق، أوضح ان منظمات الأمم المتحدة غير مصرح لها بالتدخل في ملف المعتقلين أو حتى زيارتهم في السجون، حتى ولو كانت مشرفة على اتفاقيات الثوار مع النظام، وجل ما تستطيع فعله هو مناشدة الحكومة السوية.

    وذكر الريحاوي أنه يتم إعدام حوالى 40 معتقلاً يومياً في سجن صيدنايا العسكري، بربط رأسهم بحبل والجزء الآخر من جسدهم بسيارة ما يؤدي الى فصل الرأس عن الجسد، مجسداً أبشع عمليات القتل والتعذيب.

    وفي الوقت نفسه أكد الناشط الاعلامي من مدينة حمص بيبرس التلاوي على أن ثوار حمص قد خرجوا من المنطقة المحاصرة قبل بداية المفاوضات مع النظام، ويقيناً منهم بتخاذل كل من كان خارج الحصار عن نصرتهم سواءً من قبل المنظمات الانسانية أو غيرهم.

    وأشار "التلاوي" في ذات السياق الى أن الائتلاف وقيادة الأركان لن تقوم بأي عمل عسكري على الأرض يهدف الى كسر الحصار، وأن كل ما يجري تناوله عن مسلسل "معركة قادمون" لا يتجاوز أكثر من هراء إعلامي من قبل قيادة الأركان بقيادة

    "التلاوي" بدوره أوضح أن النظام ما كان يجروء على القيام بكل هذه المجازر لولا غطاء دولي من قبل الأمم المتحدة نفسها، منوهاً بعدم مطالبة الأسد بإطلاق سراح المحتجزين في الافرع الامنية وفي الاحياء الموالية له من قبل أي منظمة انسانية أو
