    Al Hakam Ibn Haznin Al-Koulai (رضي الله عنه) raconte :

    "J'étais l'un des sept (ou neuf) membres de la délégation qui vint voir le messager d'Allah (صلى الله عليه وسلم) . Nous entrâmes chez lui et nous dîmes : " Ô messager d'Allah nous te rendons visite, invoque donc Allah en notre faveur "

    Il fit apporter des dattes pour nous, alors que les provisions étaient bien maigres à cette époque. Nous restâmes quelques jours et célébrâmes la prière du vendredi avec le prophète (صلى الله عليه وسلم) . Il se tenait debout en prenant appui sur son bâton ou son arc.

    Il loua Allah et fit son éloge en utilisant des expressions faciles et bénies. Lorsqu'il eut fini il dit :

    " Ô vous les gens, en vérité vous ne supporterez pas ou vous ne ferez pas tout ce qu'on vous ordonne de faire, cependant efforcez-vous d'observer la droiture et recevez la bonne annonce "

    أَوَلَمْ يَرَوْا إِلَى الْأَرْضِ كَمْ أَنبَتْنَا فِيهَا مِن كُلِّ زَوْجٍ كَرِيمٍ
    [26:7] Haben sie nicht die Erde betrachtet - wieviel Wir auf ihr von jeglicher herrlichen Gattung wachsen ließen?

    إِنَّ فِي ذَلِكَ لَآيَةً وَمَا كَانَ أَكْثَرُهُم مُّؤْمِنِينَ
    [26:8] Darin liegt wahrlich ein Zeichen; jedoch die meisten von ihnen glauben es nicht.
