Es ist freilich schwer, nur nicht für die Demütigen" (Surah Al-Baqarah 2:45) Und Er hat gesagt: {يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا اسْتَعِينُوا بِالصَّبْرِ وَالصَّلَاةِ ۚ إِنَّ اللَّـهَ مَعَ الصَّابِرِينَ} „O die ihr glaubt, sucht Hilfe in der Standhaftigkeit (Sabr) und im Gebet (Salah)! Allah ist mit den Standhaften." (Surah Al-Baqarah 2:153) Und Er, der Erhabene, hat gesagt: {وَأْمُرْ أَهْلَكَ بِالصَّلَاةِ وَاصْطَبِرْ عَلَيْهَا ۖ لَا نَسْأَلُكَ رِزْقًا ۖ نَّحْنُ نَرْزُقُكَ ۗ وَالْعَاقِبَةُ لِلتَّقْوَىٰ} „Und befiehl deinen Angehörigen, das Gebet (zu verrichten), und sei beharrlich darin. Wir fordern keine Versorgung von dir; Wir versorgen dich. Und das (gute) Ende gehört der Gottesfurcht." (Surah Ta-ha 20:132) Und in den Büchern der Sunnah wurde berichtet, dass der Gesandte Allahs (sallAllahu alayhi wa sallam) zum Gebet eilte, wann immer ihn eine Angelegenheit beunruhigte. Und zuvor wurde das Konzept erklärt, die meisten Leiden durch das Gebet zu heilen, bevor man zu anderen Wegen der Behandlung übergeht. 1 – Das Gebet ist etwas, das bewirkt, dass man Versorgung (Rizq) erhält. 2 – Es ist etwas, das die körperliche Gesundheit bewahrt. 3 – Es hält schädliche Dinge fern. 4 – Es verwirft Krankheit. 5 – Es stärkt das Herz. 6 – Es erhellt den Gesichtsausdruck. 7 – Es erfreut die Seele. 8 – Es befreit von der Faulheit. 9 – Es aktiviert die Gliedmaßen. 10 – Es erhöht der körperliche Stärke. 11 – Es erweitert die Brust (schenkt Wohlsein und Einsicht). 12 – Es ist Nahrung für die Seele. 13 – Es erleuchtet das Herz. 14 – Es bewahrt die Segnungen. 15 – Es wehrt Katastrophen ab. 16 – Es bringt Segen. 17 – Es hält den Schaytan fern. 18 – Es bringt einen näher zu Ar-Rahmaan (dem Allerbarmer). Und insgesamt hat es einen erstaunlichen Effekt auf die Gesundheit des Körpers und des Herzens, und es stärkt sie und vertreibt Schadstoffe. Keine zwei Menschen sind betroffen von Behinderung, Krankheit oder anderen Heimsuchungen, ohne dass die Schwere desjenigen, der betet, kleiner ist und ihr Ausgang reiner. Außerdem hat das Gebet einen erstaunlichen Effekt auf das Übel der Dunya und wie es dies abwehrt, vor allem wenn das Gebet ordnungsgemäß und komplett verrichtet wird, sowohl innerlich als auch äußerlich. Nichts hält so die Übel der Dunya ab und bringt ihre Nutzen hervor wie das Gebet. Der Grund dafür ist, dass das Gebet die Verbindung zu Allah, dem Allmächtigen und Majestätischen, ist. Also werden gemäß der Stärke der Beziehung einer Person zu ihrem Herrn, dem Allmächtigen und Majestätischen, die Tore des Guten für sie geöffnet, schlechte Dinge und die Ursachen dafür, dass sie davon befallen ist, werden ausgeschaltet, und die Elemente des Erfolges, die von ihrem Herrn, dem Allmächtigen und Majestätischen, garantiert wurden, beginnen einzufließen, zusammen mit Sicherheit und guter Gesundheit, Wohlstand und weltlicher Reichtum, Entspannung, Glückseligkeit, Freude. Und alle Arten von erfreulichen Angelegenheiten werden ihr gebracht, und zudem noch in vorteilhafter Art.
