Antwort: Die Basisregel bezüglich der Beschäftigung einer Person, und ihr im Gegenzug Geld für ihre Arbeit zu geben ist rechtmäßig. Dies, weil Allah (subhaanahu wa ta'aalaa) sagte: {فَإِنْ أَرْضَعْنَ لَكُمْ فَآتُوهُنَّ أُجُورَهُنَّ} „Wenn sie für euch (das Kind) stillen, dann gebt ihnen ihren Lohn" (Surah At-Talaaq 65:6) Und der Prophet (salla-llahu alayhi wa sallam) sagte, wie in Bukhary und Muslim verzeichnet ist: {قال الله تعالى: ثلاثة أنا خصمهم يوم القيامة: رجل أعطى بي ثم غدر، ورجل باع حرًا فأكل ثمنه، ورجل استأجر أجيرًا فاستوفى منه, ولم يعطه أجره} „Allah (ta'aalaa) sagte: 'Ich bin ein Gegner von drei (Arten von) Menschen am Tag der Auferstehung: Ein Mann, der einen Bund in meinem Namen eingeht und sich dann als verräterisch erweist, und ein Mann, der eine freie Person (als Sklaven) verkauft und deren Preis verschlingt, und ein Mann, der einen Arbeiter anstellt, die Arbeit von diesem gemacht bekommt, aber er ihm nicht seinen Lohn dafür gibt.'" [1] Wenn jedoch der Arbeiter für einen anderen Muslim oder einen Nichtmuslim verbotene Arbeit verrichtet, wie das Pressen und der Verkauf von Wein, der Verkauf oder das Servieren des Fleisches von Schweinen, oder das Sich-Beteiligen an Riba (Zins)-basierten Transaktionen, die weder getan werden dürfen noch man sich daran beteiligen darf, dann ist der Lohn, der von dem muslimischen Arbeiter dafür genommen wird haram, da er ihn in verbotener Form von Arbeit verdient hat. Allah (subhaanahu) sagte: {وَتَعَاوَنُوا عَلَى الْبِرِّ وَالتَّقْوَىٰ ۖ وَلَا تَعَاوَنُوا عَلَى الْإِثْمِ وَالْعُدْوَانِ } „Helft einander zur Güte und Gottesfurcht, aber helft einander nicht zur Sünde und feindseligem Vorgehen" (Surah Al-Maa'ida 5:2) Und von Allah ist der Erfolg.
