King remained steadfast that what he did was perfectly legal as the R1 billion or so profits he and his various family trusts made out of the sale of shares in Specialised Outsourcing during the 1997/98 stock market boom was well within his rights. He also maintains that the profits were not of a revenue nature but one of a capital nature. Many others, including some of the finest tax brains in this country, agree with this. British Citizen or Second-class Citizen?
When two Muslims travelled recently from the UK to Europe, they had a strange conversation before going to the airport. If one of them gets stopped by UK authorities at the airport, should the other proceed and board the flight anyway? They were not drug dealers, criminals or anything of that nature and their trip was on a British passport for a legitimate visit to another European country. Actually, the worry was more about being stopped at the UK end because this has happened several times. And they knew that other non-Muslim British passport holders were unlikely to suffer the same fate.
While the UK government tries to tell the world that people here are treated equally, it is clear that Muslims are now regarded by some as second-class citizens. While many in the Muslim community know this through experience, it was brought to light when an award winning Muslim Somali journalist wrote an article about his constant harassment over the last ten years. Jamal Osman wrote:
"I joined Channel 4 News as a reporter, largely covering Africa – a role that required frequent travelling. And that is when my nightmare at the hands of Britain's security services began. I have been detained, questioned and harassed almost every time I have passed through Heathrow Airport. In 10 years, only one of my colleagues has been stopped.
During the past five years I have also been repeatedly approached by security services trying to "recruit" me."
"If there is one thing I've learned from such encounters, it is that carrying a British passport doesn't necessarily make you feel British. I came to this country to seek sanctuary. I am a multi-award winning journalist. I am an immigrant and a refugee – but I am still made to feel like an asylum seeker. I am a Muslim, an African and a Somali. And should the security services be reading this: I am a British citizen. Please treat me like one."
Many Muslims would read that and wonder that if a prominent Muslim journalist gets treated like that, how can they be expected to be treated any differently. So whatever the claims of the UK government, the experience at airports leads many Muslims to conclude that they are treated as second class citizens – though they carry a British passport.

"Ich wollte ihn später heiraten."?
Das ist als ob du deinem Lehrer bei der Klausurabgabe sagst: "Ich wollte meine Klausur etwas später abgeben."
Es ist zu spät, du hast deine Chance nicht genutzt und es gibt KEIN Zurück mehr!
Deshalb musst du jetzt handeln und keine Sekunde warten. Beende diese Beziehung.
Der Islam sagt dem Menschen, dass wenn er eine Person liebt, er sie heiraten soll, denn das ist die islamische Lösung ohne Haram zu begehen.
Du bist zu jung zum Heiraten?
Dann sei standhaft und warte noch ein bisschen, aber lass dich nicht auf die Spielchen des Shaytan ein.

Während ich aufwuchs, habt Ihr mir das hässliche Entlein vorgelesen. Und jahrelang glaubte ich, dass ich das war. Ich bin eine Frau – dieses hässliche Entlein unter den Männern. So lange, habt Ihr mich gelehrt, dass ich nicht mehr als eine schlechte Kopie des Standards sei.
Ich konnte nicht genauso schnell laufen oder soviel heben. Ich machte nicht das selbe Geld, und ich weinte zu oft. Ich wuchs in einer Männerwelt auf, wo ich nicht hingehörte.
Und als ich nicht er sein konnte, wollte ich ihm nur noch gefallen. Ich trug Eure Schminke auf, zog Eure kurzen Röcke an. Ich gab mein Leben, meinen Körper, meine Würde für Schönheit. Ich wusste, dass, egal was ich tat, ich nur zu dem Rang würdig war meinem Meister zu gefallen, und schön für ihn zu sein. Also verbrachte ich mein Leben auf dem Titelblatt von Cosmo, und gab Euch meinen Körper zum Verkauf.
Ich war eine Sklavin, aber Ihr habt mich belehrt, ich sei frei. Ich war Euer Objekt, aber Ihr habt geschworen, es sei Erfolg. Ihr brachtet mir bei, dass meine Aufgabe im Leben darin bestand, mich zur Schau zu stellen, um Männer anzuziehen und schön für sie zu sein. Ihr ließt mich glauben, dass mein Körper erschaffen wurde, um Eure Autos zu vermarkten. Und Ihr habt mich dazu aufgezogen zu glauben, dass ich ein hässliches Entlein sei.
Aber Ihr habt gelogen.
Der Islam sagt mir, dass ich ein Schwan bin. Ich bin anders – und es sollte so sein. Und mein Körper, meine Seele, wurden für etwas mehr erschaffen.
Gott sagt im Qur'an:
O ihr Menschen! Wir haben euch aus Mann und Frau erschaffen und haben euch zu Völkern und Stämmen werden lassen, damit ihr einander kennen lernt. Gewiss, der Geehrteste von euch bei Allah ist der Gottesfürchtigste von euch. [49:13]
Also bin ich geehrt. Aber nicht durch meine Beziehung zu Männern. Mein Wert als Frau wird nicht an der Größe meiner Taille gemessen, oder an der Anzahl der Männer, die mich mögen. Mein Wert als ein menschliches Wesen wird auf einer höheren Skala gemessen: einer Skala der Rechtschaffenheit und Frömmigkeit. Und meine Aufgabe im Leben – ungeachtet dessen, was die Modezeitschriften sagen – ist etwas Erhabeneres, als einfach gut für Männer auszusehen.
Also sagt Gott mir, dass ich mich bedecken soll, meine Schönheit verbergen, und der Welt sagen soll, dass ich nicht hier bin, um mit meinem Körper die Männer zufrieden zu stellen; ich bin hier um Gott zufrieden zu stellen. Gott erhöht die Würde des Körpers einer Frau, indem Er befiehlt, dass er respektiert und bedeckt wird, und nur dem gezeigt wird, der es verdient – nur dem Mann, den ich heirate.
Daher habe ich jenen, die mich „befreien" wollen, nur eins zu sagen:
Danke, aber nein danke.
Ich bin nicht hier, um zur Schau gestellt zu werden. Und mein Körper ist nicht für den öffentlichen Konsum. Ich werde nicht zu einem Objekt degradiert, oder zu ein Paar Beinen, um Schuhe zu verkaufen. Ich bin eine Seele, ein Geist, eine Dienerin Gottes. Mein Wert wird bestimmt durch die Schönheit meiner Seele, meines Herzen, meiner Moral. Deshalb werde ich Eure Schönheitsnormen nicht anbeten, und ich werde mich Eurem Modesinn nicht unterwerfen. Meine Unterwerfung ist zu etwas Höherem.
Mit meinem Schleier stelle ich meinen Glauben zur Schau, statt meine Schönheit. Mein Wert als Mensch ist definiert durch die Beziehung zu Gott, nicht durch mein Aussehen. Also bedecke ich das Irrelevante. Und wenn Ihr mich anseht, seht ihr keinen Körper. Ihr seht mich nur als das an, was ich bin: eine Dienerin meines Schöpfers.
Wie Ihr seht, als muslimische Frau, bin ich von einer stillen Art der Knechtschaft befreit worden. Ich antworte nicht den Sklaven Gottes auf Erden. Ich antworte ihrem König.

Ich bin auch kein Muslim (bis jetzt noch suchend), aber ich finde auch, daß die Art und Weise wie Presse und Staat mit gläubigen Menschen (in diesem Fall Sven Lau) umgehen, eine riesige Schweinerei ist. (Wobei man damit sogar noch die Schweine beleidigen würde). Ich hab mir bestimmt schon 20 Videos von Abu Hamza angesehen und habe noch nie etwas Illegales, Verleumderisches oder Beleidigendes gehört oder gesehen. Im Gegenteil - vieles ist hochinteressant! Ich habe deswegen auch angefangen den Koran zu lesen.
Ich wünsche Euch Allen alles Gute und Gottes Segen!
Und noch eine persönliche Bitte: Es gibt hier auf der Seite eine Rubrik "Wenn man noch nicht beten kann". Ich würde das gerne sprechen, finde aber keine deutsche Übersetzung (ich will es nicht auf deutsch sagen sondern nur wissen, WAS ich sage). Vielleicht ist jemand so freundlich und übersetzt das einmal oder gibt mir einen Link, wo ich eine Übersetzung finde.

Salaam Alaikum Wa Rahmatullah Wa Barakaatuh Bruder,
ich möchte mich entschuldigen bei euch, daß ich aus emotionalen Gründen heraus mich nicht zügeln konnte und Dinge gesagt habe, woran Ihr keinen Anteil an Schuld besessen habt.
Mir ist es in diesem Vortrag ''Pierre Vogel - Kurzkommentar zur Rebellion gegen islamische Herrscher'' vom 23.05.14 eindeutig geworden, das Ihr nicht die Aqidah der Takfiries besitzt, wovon ich seit knapp einem Jahr überzeugend vom Gegenteil ausgegangen war! Aufgrund dessen, das es keine Aufklärungsvideos im Internet über Huruuj und Takfier vorhanden ist, dachte ich, daß ihr genauso denken würdet wie die Takfiries z.b. Abu Abdullah.
Sehr geehrter Bruder Abu Hamsa, ich versuche schon seit geraumer Zeit Abou Nagie zu überzeugen, daß der Takfir und Hurooj im Islam eine gefährliche und sehr komplizierte Angelegenheit ist, und daß man sich nicht mit diesen Takfiri Dingen sympathisieren sollte, da dies gewöhnlich die Aqidah der Khawariji war, womit sie Ali Ibn Abi Talib und Mu'awia zum Murtad erklärt hatten, weil Sie angeblich Fehler begangen hätten, Wal Audhubillah.
Dieser Bruder Abu Abdullah hält auf einer sehr gefährlichen schiene Predigt und es gibt niemandem, der ihn unterstützt außer der arme Abou Nagie. Nachdem ich diewahrereligion Team in FFM gestern mit einigen anderen Brüdern zusammen getroffen hatte, wusste ich ganz genau das du nicht kommen würdest aufgrund deiner geposteten Vortrag über Abu Abdullah. Ehrlich gesagt, seitdem dieses Video von Abu Abdullah ab dem 09.05.14 auf diewahrereligions Seiten hochgeladen wurde, habe Ich Abou Nagie mit aller Macht und Redlichkeit versucht umzustimmen, das er dadurch mehr schaden als nutzen bei sich und unter den Muslimen erreichen würde, obwohl er mir versprochen hatte dieses Video rauszunehmen tat er dies letzendlich doch nicht, SubhanAllah.
Abou Nagie hat in seiner Rede in FFM gestern ausserdem angekündigt, das er sich jetzt vorgenommen hat in jedem Bundesland über diese Takfir Masala Vorträge halten zu wollen! Er möchte alle 2Monate in jedem Bundesland in Deutschland wiederholende Vorträge veranstalten, um die Muslime angeblich ''zusammenführen'' zu wollen! Bruder Abu Hamsa ich habe mich vergewissert, daß weder Ich (Kemal A. Darmstadt) noch du (Abu Hamsa), noch all diese aufgelisteten Geschwister Shaikh Abdellatif, Shaikh Abu Anas, Shaikh AbulHussein, Ahmed Abul Baraa, Abu Jamal, Abu Jibriel, Abu Rumaisa, Baschschaar, Izzuddin, Marcel Krass, niemals der Ideologie der Takfiries angehören würden, Alhamdulillah. Gestern habe ich Abou Nagie sehr hilflos gesehen, denn er scheint mit seinem Takfiri Verständnis alleingelassen zu sein bis auf ein paar Marginale Prediger ohne Ijaazah, SubhanAllah.
Meine lieben Ahlu Sunnah Wal Jama'a Brüder Pierre und Thomas, inshaAllah hoffend, das nicht noch einmal aus Unklarheit heraus Missverständnisse entstehen, möchte ich als euer Bruder eine Sache von euch als Bitte, unzwar die ständige Aufklärung und Wiederholung der einzelnen Aqidah Fundamenten bzw. Angelegenheiten im Islam, inshaAllah. Denn wie ihr wisst erfordert das Fundamentale Wissen im Islam die ununterbrochene Wiederholung der einzelnen Aqidah Themen.

OMV investiert 500 Millionen Euro in tunesisches Gasfeld
Die OMV steckt eine halbe Milliarde in die Entwicklung eines Gasfeldes. Die erste Produktion aus dem Nawara-Projekt wird für 2016 erwartet.
Der börsennotierte Mineralölkonzern OMV investiert 500 Mio. Euro in die Entwicklung eines Erdgasfeldes in Tunesien. Die erste Gasproduktion werde für 2016 erwartet, teilte die OMV am Freitag mit. Die Entwicklung des Nawara-Gasfelds sei in die entscheidende Phase eingetreten, so die OMV. Auch die tunesische Regierung und der tunesische Partner ETAP würden voll hinter dem Investitionsplan stehen.
Das Projekt hat laut OMV sämtliche behördlichen Genehmigungen erhalten und die Aufträge werden demnächst erteilt. Zuvor sei das Projekt "South Tunisian Gas Pipeline" mit dem Nawara-Projekt zusammengelegt worden. Dem Nawara-Projekt komme eine strategische Schlüsselrolle als Infrastrukturprojekt für Tunesien zu, um die Erschließung von südtunesischen Gasvorkommen zu ermöglichen. Die Bauarbeiten werden zwei bis drei Jahre dauern und 200 langfristige Arbeitsplätze schaffen, sowie zusätzlich mehrere hundert während der Bauphase.
Teil der Wachstumsstrategie
Für OMV sei dieses Gemeinschaftsprojekt ein substanzieller Teil der Wachstumsstrategie in Tunesien. Es stehe im Einklang mit den Zielen im Upstream zu wachsen und ein ausgewogenes internationales Portfolio zu erreichen, heißt es.
