تكتل ضباط أنصار الأمة
التعريف:
ثُـلةٌ مِنَ الضُّباطِ المخلصين ولاؤها للأمة الإسلامية تتبنى مشروعها وتحمل قضيتها، تهدف إلى وضعِ الخطَطِ والحُلولِ القَادِرةِ على إسقاطِ النظامِ بشكلٍ كاملٍ، ولا ترتبط بأية جهة دولية أو إقليمية أو محلية تعادي هذا المشروع سياسياً أو عسكرياً أو فكرياً.
المبادئ العامة:
1- الأمة الإسلامية هي مجموعة من الناس أمنت بالعقيدة الإسلامية واتخذت الأحكام الشرعية، مقياساً لها في كل مناحي الحياة، فالمسلون أمة واحدة.
2- الرابطة التي تربط المسلمين بعضهم ببعض هي العقيدة الإسلامية وبهذه العقيدة تحصل الأُخُوَّة الإسلامية، قال تعالى: ( إنما المؤمنون إخوة) وقال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: "المسلم أخو المسلم"، فبإيمانهم بالإسلام صاروا إخوة.
3- الرابطة التي تربط الناس في الدولة هي الرعاية وليس العقيدة الإسلامية، ولا يجوز للدولة أن يكون لديها أي تمييز بين أفراد الرعية ، بل يجب أن تنظر للجميع نظرة واحدة بغض النظر عن العنصر أو الدين أو اللون أو غير ذلك, وترعى شؤونهم رعاية كاملة .
4- كيان الأمة وكيان الدولة يشكلان في الأرض كياناً واحداً تحتل الدولة فيه مركز القيادة، فالدولة يجب أن تبقى كياناً صالحاً يرعى شؤون الناس، والأمة يجب أن تبقى أمة حية تحرس كيان الدولة وتدافع عنه كي يدوم صلاحه.
5- السلطة غير القوة، فالسلطة هي الحكم، وولاية الأمر، وعملها تنفيذ الأحكام والرعاية لشؤون الناس، أما القوة، فهي أداة الحماية لاختيار الأمة والحماية للحكم وتنفيذ الأحكام وردع المعتدين، وتأخذ السلطة شرعيتها من الأمة بالبيعة برضاها واختيارها، ولا يجوز اغتصاب السلطة بالقوة فالقوة حامية وليست حاكمة.
6- يجب تطبيق الإسلام كاملاً، ودفعة واحدة، ويحرم التدرج في تطبيق أحكامه. فبعد نزول قوله تعالى ))اليوم أكملت لكم دينكم (( أصبح المسلمون مطالبين بالعمل بجميع الأحكام الشرعية .
7- غير المسلمين مع أنهم يدعون إلى اعتناق الإسلام ، إلا أنهم لا يُكرَهون على تغيير عقائدهم، ولا على تغيير عبادتهم، إلا أنهم يخضعون لقوانين الدولة ضمن النظام العام مثل المسلمين .
8- القومية نعرة خبيثة وعنصرية مدمّرة، وقد حَرَّمها الإسلام، قال رسول الله " ومن قاتل تحت راية عُميّة يغضب لعصبة، أو يدعو إلى عصبة أو ينصر عصبة فقُتل فقَتْلَة جاهلية". ومثل القومية في الإثم والشر الوطنية والإقليمية والمذهبية الطائفية، فهذه كلها تؤدي إلى تفتيت الأُمة وبالتالي إضعافها.
9- التكتل عبارة عن تجمع للضباط المنشقين تحت سقف المبادئ العامة لنصرة الأمة وتحقيق أهدافها.
10- التكتل لا يقبل اي دعم مالي مشروط بل يسعى للإنفاق على نشاطه من تبرعات اعضائه وابناء الامة المخلصين.
الرؤية:
إعادة بناء القوة العسكرية التي ولاؤها للأمة والتي تحمل مشروع الأمة الإسلامي، وتنظيمها والزجُّ بكل الخبرات والطاقات والموارد الذاتية في معركة الشام، و ربط مصير الأمة مع المعركة بغية قيام أبناء الأمة بتوفير كل انواع الدعم لهذه القوة فهو حقٌّ لنا وواجبٌ عليهم، وذلك بجعل العلاقة مباشرة مع الأمة دون الحاجة أن تمر عبر قنوات الانظمة التي تعبث بالثورة وتعيق الدعم وتوجهه نحو مصالحها.
شروط الانضمام لتكتل ضباط أنصار الأمة:
1- الإيمان الكامل بأهداف التكتل وعقد العزم على مواجهة كافة التحديات لنصرة الأمة في قضيتها المصيرية والدفاع عن عقيدتها وكيانها ومصالحها.
2- أن يكون من الضباط المنشقين العاملين لإسقاط النظام البعثي المجرم.
3- أن يكون أهلاً للانضباط و حفظ الأمانة والأسرار.
4- أن يلتزم بالنظام الداخلي للتكتل بكل تفاصيله.
5- أن يلتزم كل عضو بتقديم ذاتية كاملة مع الوثائق .
