    Der osmânische Mujahid Abdurrahmân Somdani Bey aus Peschawar (Pakistan).

    Er war ein Student auf dem islâmischen Kolleg Aligarh. Nachdem er erfuhr, dass das osmânische Kalifat sehr viele Niederlagen erlitt und die Lage sich verschlimmerte, bat er einige seiner Stundentenfreunde darum, ihr Essensgeld auf dem Kolleg nicht mehr für die Mahlzeiten auszugeben sondern zu sparen, damit sie das Kalifat mit diesem Geld unterstützen konnten.

    Er verkaufte sogar seine eigene Jacke nur um nach Anatolien gehen zu können damit er dort mit den osmânischen Mujahideen gegen die Besatzer kämpfen konnte. Im Dezember 1912 kam er dann in Istanbul an. Dort besuchte Abdurrahmân Somdani zwei Jahre lang die Militärschule. Nach dieser Ausbildung leistete er sehr hohe Dienste für das osmânische Reich. Im März 1925 wurde er schließlich von 3 unbekannten Personen erschossen.
