    Frage:

    Was sollte man tun bei üblen Einflüsterungen (Waswas) beim Gebet und andere Zeiten? Und
    was ist deren Ursache?

    Antwort:

    Üble Einflüsterungen während des Gebets und zu anderen Zeiten kommen von Schaytan, der
    eifrig dabei ist, den Muslim in die Irre zu leiten und ihn vom Guten abzuhalten. Einer der
    Sahabah beschwerte sich beim Gesandten Allahs (sallAllahu alayhi wa sallam) über Einflüsterungen während des Gebets und er sagte: „Der Schaytan kommt zwischen mich und
    meine Gebete und meine Rezitation und verwirrt mich dabei." Der Gesandte Allahs (sallAllahu
    alayhi wa sallam) sagte: „Dies ist ein Teufel, der Khanzab genannt wird. Wenn er dich
    beeinflusst, suche Zuflucht bei Allah vor ihm und spucke dreimal trocken auf deine linke Seite."
    Er (der Sahabi) sagte: „Ich tat dies und Allah nahm ihn von mir." (Muslim Nr.2203)
    Angemessene Konzentration (Khushu`) ist die Quintessenz des Gebets. Ein Gebet ohne
    Konzentration ist wie ein Körper ohne Seele.
    Im Folgenden zwei Dinge, die dabei helfen, Konzentration zu entwickeln:
    1. Sich darum bemühen, über das, was man sagt und tut nachzudenken, über die Bedeutungen
    des Qur`ans nachzudenken sowie über Dhikr und Du`a, die gesagt werden; im Kopf behalten, dass ein Gespräch mit Allah geführt wird, als ob man Ihn sehen würde. Denn wenn der Diener im Gebet steht, spricht er zu seinem Herrn und Ihsan bedeutet Allah so zu dienen, als ob man
    Ihn sehen würde, wobei man weiß, dass, auch wenn man Ihn nicht sehen kann, Er einen sieht.
    Wenn man die Süße des Gebets erfährt, wird man mehr davon wollen. Dies ist abhängig von
    der Stärke des Iman – und es gibt viele Mittel, den Iman zu stärken. Daher sagte der Prophet
    (sallAllahu alayhi wa sallam): „Von den Dingen dieser Welt, sind mir Frauen und Parfüm lieb
    geworden und meine Freude ist im Gebet." Gemäß einem anderen Hadith sagte er: „Lass uns
    Ruhe finden, oh Bilal, im Gebet." und er sagte nicht: „Lass uns eine Pause einlegen."
    2. Sich darum bemühen, die Dinge, die während des Salah eine Ablenkung sein könnten, zu
    entfernen und nicht über unwichtige Dinge nachzudenken. Waswas beeinflusst jede Person
    anders, denn es hat mit den Zweifeln, Wünschen und dem Ausmaß, in dem der Einzelne mit
    anderen Dingen verbunden ist oder indem er andere Dinge fürchtet, zu tun.
    Hinsichtlich der Einflüsterungen, die ein solches Ausmaß erreichen, dass die Person
    unangemessen über Allah denkt, so sind dies üble Einflüsterungen vom Schaytan. Allah sagt
    (in ungefährer Bedeutung): „Und wenn dich vom Satan eine Eingebung aufstachelt, dann
    suche Zuflucht bei Allah, denn Er ist ja As-Sami' und Al-'Alim." (41:36)
    Einige der Sahabah beschwerten sich über Waswas, wodurch sie belästigt wurden. Daher
    kamen einige der Gefährten des Gesandten Allahs (sallAllahu alayhi wa sallam) zum Propheten
    (sallAllahu alayhi wa sallam) und sagten zu ihm: „Wir finden bei uns selbst Gedanken, die zu
    schrecklich sind, um sie auszusprechen." Er sagte: „Habt ihr tatsächlich solche Gedanken?"
    Sie antworteten: „Ja." Er sagte: „Dies ist ein klares Zeichen des Iman." (Muslim Nr.132, aus dem Hadith von Abu Hurayrah)

    Al-Nawawi sagte in seinem Kommentar zu diesem Hadith: „Die Worte des Propheten
    (sallAllahu alayhi wa sallam) `Dies ist ein klares Zeichen des Iman.`, bedeuten, dass das Empfinden dieser Einflüsterungen als etwas Schlechtes ein deutliches Zeichen von Iman ist,
    denn wenn man sich nicht traut, es zu äußern und man sich davor fürchtet und es nicht
    aussprechen mag, dann ist nur noch das Denken übrig. Dies ist das Zeichen desjenigen, der
    perfekten Iman erreicht hat und der frei von Zweifeln ist."Und es wird gesagt, dass die Bedeutung ist, dass der Schaytan nur zu denjenigen flüstert, bei
    denen er verzweifelt, denn er ist nicht in der Lage, sie zu verführen. Was den Kafir anbelangt, so kann er ihm auf jede erdenkliche Art erscheinen und ist nicht auf Einflüsterungen beschränkt, vielmehr kann er mit ihm spielen, wie immer er möchte. Darauf basierend ist die Bedeutung des
    Hadith, dass die Ursache von Waswas reiner Iman ist oder dass Waswas ein Zeichen von reinem Iman ist. Die Tatsache, dass man dies hasst und dass das Herz davor zurückschreckt ist Ausdruck des
    Iman. Das Einflüstern trifft jeden, der sich Allah zuwendet, sei es durch das Sagen von Dhikr
    oder anders. Es ist unvermeidlich, daher muss man standhaft und geduldig sein und beharrlich mit Gebet und Dhikr weitermachen und nicht aufgeben, denn auf diese Art wird man die Falle des Schaytan umgehen. „Gewiss, die List des Satans ist schwach." (4:76, ungefähre
    Bedeutung).
    Immer, wenn eine Person sich Allah zuwenden möchte, kommen durch die Einflüsterungen
    andere Gedanken in ihren Kopf. Der Schaytan ist wie ein Bandit: Immer, wenn jemand sich auf
    Allah zu bewegt, blockiert er den Weg. Daher antwortete einer der Salaf als ihm gesagt wurde,
    dass die Juden und Christen sagten: `Wir haben kein Waswas.`: „Sie sagen die Wahrheit, denn
    was sollte der Schaytan mit einem Haus tun, das bereits in Trümmern liegt?"

    Wenn man merkt, dass Waswas Einfluss nimmt, soll man sagen: „Amantu Billahi wa Rasulihi
    (Ich glaube an Allah und Seinen Gesandten)."
    Es wurde von `A'ischa (radiAllahu anha) berichtet, dass der Gesandte Allahs (sallAllahu alayhi
    wa sallam) sagte: „Der Schaytan kommt zu einem von euch und sagt: `Wer hat dich
    erschaffen?` Und er antwortet: `Allah.` Dann sagt der Schaytan: `Wer hat Allah erschaffen?`
    Wenn dies einem von euch passiert, dann soll er sagen: `Amantu Billahi wa Rasulihi (Ich glaube
    an Allah und Seinen Gesandten).` Dann wird er von ihm gehen." (Ahmad Nr.25671; von
    al-Albani in al-Sahihah Nr.116 als hasan klassifiziert
