Das klassische "Partei ergreifen" ist in den allermeisten Fällen ein Zeichen der eigenen Schwäche und Unzulänglichkeit. Wer "Partei ergreift", beschneidet damit fast immer seine eigene Fähigkeit zu urteilen und macht sich nicht selten sogar abhängig vom Urteil anderer, egal ob es bedacht oder unbedacht zustande kam. Man kann auch aus Konflikten und Auseinandersetzungen seine Lehren ziehen ohne direkt einen Part darin zu übernehmen ... vielmehr ist die unabhängige Betrachtung durch ihre Neutralität viel ehrlicher und unaufgeregter. Das gilt übrigens für (welt-)politische, gesellschaftliche und religiöse Auseinandersetzungen ...

Ukraine ein spannendes Thema momentan
Aber was ist eigentlich in Bosnien & Herzegowina los? Wieso hören wir da so wenig? Was wollen die Medien verbergen?
Wieso wird geschwiegen, wenn landesweit Proteste stattfinden in Bosnien? Korruption und Armut sind die Hauptgründe dieser Proteste und das vor der Haustür Europas. Wie kann sowas sein? Schließlich ist Europa die Lösung für Korruption und Armut, könnte man meinen, wenn man die Bemühungen sieht die Ukraine in die EU aufzunehmen. Warum steckt man nicht eine handvoll Energie auch in Bosnien um das gleiche "heldenhafte" Ziel zu erreichen?
Antwort:Kaum geopolitische Interessen, tut uns Leid Bosnien & Herzegowina! Und außerdem haben wir schon genug Stützpunkte in eurer Region, u.a. im Kosovo.
Dabei ist die Lage ernst. Bosnien & Herzegowina ist mehr als bedroht. "Von Politikern in Geiselhaft genommen" hört man oft. Tatsächlich ist das Land von einer offenkundigen Politiker-Korruption betroffen, die seines gleichen sucht. Durchschnittsgehalt von Politikern beträgt 3500 Euro. Das ist das zehnfache eines Durchschnittseinkommens in Bosnien. Moment mal 350 Euro im Monat? Da verdient ja mein Sohn bei Edeka mehr, könnte ein Familienvater in Deutschland sagen.
Es ist die Realität, vor der Haustür Europas. Aber die Ukraine ist geopolitisch einfach wichtiger, da können wir auch nichts machen, so muss wohl Herr Steinmeier denken, während seines Aufenthalts in Kiew.
Es ist sogar noch schlimmer als das. Da wird mir auch der Begriff "Geiselhaft" deutlicher. In Bosnien und Herzegowina leben knapp 4 Millionen Menschen. Keine hohe Zahl würde man denken. Da dürfte sich ein finanzielles Problem in kurzer Zeit lösen, wenn man es geschickt anstellt. Das ist in der Tat richtig aber die Geiselhaft steht im Weg.
Hier ein kleiner Ausschnitt aus "tagesschau.de":
"Denn noch heute regieren den Staat mit seinen etwa vier Millionen Einwohnern nicht nur drei Präsidenten, sondern auch elf Premierminister und elf Regierungen mit zusammen weit mehr als 100 Ministern. An der Spitze steht eine schwache Zentralregierung, die die Serbenrepublik Srpska und die bosnische Föderation zusammenhalten soll. Letztere besteht noch einmal aus zehn Kantonen."
[...]"Doch über all dem steht auch noch der Hohe Repräsentant für Bosnien und Herzegowina, derzeit der Österreicher Valentin Inzko. Er kann Amtsträger entlassen, neue Behörden schaffen und Gesetze erlassen oder außer Kraft setzen. Eine UN-Resolution gibt ihm das Mandat dafür. Inzkos Vorgänger nutzten diese Vollmachten mal mehr, wie der Brite Paddy Ashdown, und mal weniger, wie der Deutsche Christian Schwarz-Schilling."
Nicht verstanden? Ist nicht schlimm. Grobe Erklärung:
"VON WEM IN GEISELHAFT GENOMMEN?" Das ist die entscheidende Frage.
Nach dieser langen Kette von Ministern und drei(???) Präsidenten, steht über all dem der "hohe Repräsentant", der durch wen diese Macht hat? Durch die Vereinten Nationen (UN). Und was das bedeutet könnt ihr euch alle denken. Es besteht nicht nur das Interesse dieses kleine Land zu retten. Es ist bereits "gerettet". Denn die Fäden hat der Westen klar in der Hand. Nur das ist schwer zu begreifen, wenn man von so einer Vielzahl an Politikern und sogar 3 Präsidenten überrollt wird, auch wenn man in Bosnien lebt!
Bosnien und Herzegowina ist somit eindeutig in Gefahr. Dem Land bleibt nur eine Möglichkeit und zwar die friedliche Revolution. Die verschiedenen Ethnien sollten sich die Hände reichen und gegen diese Korruption FRIEDLICH (!) demonstrieren. Denn mit Gewalt kann man nichts erreichen, diese ist leider Gottes durchaus präsent, ähnlich wie in Kiew. Es wird alles nur schlimmer machen, kann ich den Bosniaken sagen. Lasst euch nicht täuschen von den Marionetten, die sie euch vorgesetzt haben. Denn in BiH gibt es nicht um sonst 3 verschiedene Präsidenten. Einer ist Serbe, der andere Kroate und der andere bosnischer Muslim. Teile und herrsche! Solange sie das Volk spalten, werden sie ihre Macht nicht niederlegen. Und wenn doch, dann kommen neue Präsidenten her. Und genau diesen Teufelskreis gilt es zu brechen!
So ein System ist zum scheitern verurteilt. Es ist Zeit das wir unseren direkten Nachbarn mehr Aufmerksamkeit schenken anstatt sie im Stich zu lassen, so wie es zur Zeit der Fall ist!
