"Blogtrottr" <busybee@blogtrottr.com>: Feb 10 08:47AM Understand IslaMs Facebook-Pinnwand Understand IslaMs Facebook-Pinnwand بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم ظہر سے پہلےوالی چار سنتوں کی قضا جب کوئی شخص ظہر کی نماز... http://www.facebook.com/understandislaam/posts/868660613192696 Feb 10th 2015, 08:00 بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم ظہر سے پہلےوالی چار سنتوں کی قضا جب کوئی شخص ظہر کی نماز پڑھنے کیلئے مسجد آئے اور ظہر کی پہلے والی چار سنتیں اسے پڑھنے کا موقع نہ ملے تو کیا فرائض کی ادائیگی کے بعد یہ سنتیں ادا کرسکتا ہے؟ اور اسکے بعد ظہر کے بعد والی سنتیں ادا کرلے۔ الحمد للہ: اول: اہل علم کے صحیح قول کے مطابق سنن مؤکدہ کی قضا مستحب ہے، یہ موقف شافعی حضرات کا ہے، اور حنبلی حضرات کے ہاں مشہور موقف یہی ہے، جبکہ مالکی اور حنفی اسکے مخالف ہیں، اسکی دلیل یہ ہے کہ ام سلمہ رضی اللہ عنہا کہتی ہیں کہ نبی صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم دو رکعت عصر کی نماز کے بعد پڑھا کرتے تھے تو انکے بارے جب دریافت کیا گیا تو آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: (ابو امیہ [ام سلمہ کے والد کی کنیت]کی بیٹی!تم مجھ سے عصر کے بعد والی دو رکعتوں کے بارے میں پوچھتی ہو؟بنو عبد القیس کے کچھ لوگ آئے تھے، تو انکی وجہ سے ظہر کے بعد والی دو رکعات رہ گئی تھیں، تو یہ دو رکعات وہی ہیں) اسے بخاری (1233) اورمسلم (834) نے روایت کیا ہے۔ امام نووی رحمہ اللہ کہتے ہیں: "ہمارے [یعنی شافعیہ کے]ہاں صحیح موقف یہی ہے کہ سنن مؤکدہ کی قضا دینا مستحب ہے، اسی کے قائل محمد، مزنی، اور امام احمد سے ایک روایت اسی کے موافق ہے، جبکہ ابو حنیفہ ، مالک، اور ابو یوسف کے ہاں انکی قضا نہیں دی جاسکتی، جبکہ ہماری دلیل صحیح احادیث ہیں" انتہی دیکھیں: "المجموع" (4/43) اسی طرح مرداوی حنبلی رحمہ اللہ کہتے ہیں: "(اور جسکی کچھ سنتیں رہ جائیں تو وہ قضا پڑھ سکتا ہے) یہی حنابلہ کا مشہور موقف ہے، اسی کی تائید المجد[ابن تیمیہ کے دادا] نے اسکی شرح کرتے ہوئے کی ہے، اور شیخ تقی الدین ابن تیمیہ نے اسی کو اختیار کیا ہے "اختصار کے ساتھ "الإنصاف" (2/187) شیخ ابن عثیمین رحمہ اللہ کہتے ہیں: "سنن مؤکدہ اگر رہ جائیں تو قضا پڑھی جاسکتی ہے، اسکی دلیل یہ ہے کہ نبی صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کی نیند کی وجہ سے فجر کی نماز رہ گئی تھی ، اور آپ طلوع آفتاب کے بعد بیدار ہوئے تو آپ نے پہلے فجر کی سنتیں ادا کیں اور پھر فجر کی نماز پڑھی"انتہی "لقاءات الباب المفتوح" (لقاء نمبر:74، سوال نمبر:18)، اور دیکھیں: "الموسوعة الفقهية" (25/284) دوم: مسئلہ: اگر کوئی ظہر کی پہلے والی سنتیں ظہر کے فرض ادا کرنے کے بعد قضا پڑھنا چاہتا ہے تو پہلے کونسی سنتیں پڑھے گا؟ ظہر سے پہلے والی چار یا بعد والی دو؟ جواب: ظاہر یہی ہوتا ہے کہ اس مسئلہ میں وسعت ہے، چاہے پہلے والی پہلے پڑھے یا بعد والی، اہم بات یہ ہے کہ پڑھنی ہیں چاہے ترتیب آگے پیچھے ہوجائے کوئی حرج نہیں۔ شیخ ابن عثیمین رحمہ اللہ کہتے ہیں: "اہل علم کا کہنا ہے کہ: اگر ظہر سے پہلے والی سنتیں رہ جائیں تو نماز کے بعد پڑھ لے، کیونکہ نماز سے پہلے ادا کرنا مشکل ہوگیا تھا، ایسی صورت حال اکثر پیش آتی رہتی ہے کہ انسان مسجد میں جائے تو اقامت ہوچکی ہوتی ہے، تو ایسی صورتِ حال میں نماز کے بعد قضا پڑھ لے۔ لیکن ظہر سے بعد والی سنتیں ظہر کے بعد پہلے ادا کرے ، اور بعد میں پہلے والی چار سنتوں کی قضا دے۔ مثلا ایک آدمی آیا اور لوگ باجماعت نماز پڑھ رہے تھے ، اس لئے اسے پہلے والی سنتیں ادا کرنے کا موقع نہیں ملاتو وہ ظہر کی نماز باجماعت ادا کر لے، پھر اسکے بعد دو سنتیں ظہر کے بعد والی ادا کرے، اور پھر پہلے والی چار سنتوں کی قضا دے، رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے ابن ماجہ کی روایت کے مطابق اسی طرح مروی ہے" ماخوذ از: فتح ذي الجلال والإكرام شرح بلوغ المرام (2/225) واللہ اعلم .
