    Aisha (ra.) berichtete :
    „Ich ging mit dem Propheten (s.) auf eine Reise.
    Zu jener Zeit war ich noch jung und schlank.Der Prophet (s.) sagte zu den Leuten:
    „Geht voraus!"- und sie gingen voraus.

    Dann sagte Er zu mir:
    "Komm lass uns um die Wette laufen!" So lief ich mit ihm um die Wette und gewann.
    Er ließ die Sache auf sich beruhen, bis ich an Gewicht zugenommen hatte.

    Später begleitete ich Ihn auf eine andere Reise.
    Er sagte zu den Leuten: "Geht voraus!" - und sie gingen voraus.

    Er sagte zu mir: "Komm, lass uns um die Wette laufen!"
    So lief ich mit ihm um die Wette und Er gewann.

    Er fing an zu lachen und sagte: "Jetzt sind wir quitt.""

    Happiness.

    Happiness is that emotion which everybody seeks. It is that emotion which one wishes to hold on to, and treasure within the heart. Yet it is that quality which others envy when they see it in someone else's hands. Why?

    Because this world is temporary. And emotions are temporary. So when one person loses a little bit of happiness, they wish not to see it in someone else's smile, in someone else's life. But why the greed?

    Happiness should be shared. We shouldn't envy those who have it. Nor should we hide it from those who don't. It's not a secret. It's a gift. We do not show off our gifts. Rather we appreciate them. And how do we appreciate them? By sharing them with others. ☆

    Your happiness can make someone else happy, just as your sadness can make someone else sad.
    Don't be afraid to be happy, Allãh gave you the opportunity to be happy, so embrace it. Only He knows how long it will last. Afterall eternal happiness is an emotion of the hereafter. Just remember, Allãh is fair in giving, so be grateful.
    → It is the nature of a true believer to be happy & optimistic at all times.♧
